Brandup is a branding and design agency for startups, with a mission to help them leverage branding and design to drive growth.
Our goal is to help startup founders and teams in overcoming their skepticism about branding, transforming it into a guiding force that positively impacts their growth.
To achieve this, we designed our services to help our clients use the full potential of strategic and creative thinking and we wanted to showcase this through our new positioning and brand identity.
Brandup started as an idea from our founder, Loubna Rosfani, during her work with various clients around the world. She wanted to create a place where people and businesses can grow.
Developing a brand came with its own set of challenges. While working on clients projects feels like a routine task, doing the same for ourselves was far more personal and emotional, making decision-making a lot more complex.
Brandup started as “Blueinaway”, a brand identity agency serving various industries, but as our passion for helping startups grew, we realized we needed to reposition ourselves in a way that reflect who we are and the solutions we offer to our target segment.
Our strategy focuses on positioning ourselves as a partner for startups, able to challenge their unquestioned ideas, help them express who they are, and consult them on how to address their brand challenges in a strategic way.
We understand the unique challenges of speed and growth in the startup world, and we offer branding solutions specifically designed to address these needs.
Through research, segmentation, and competitive analysis, we developed a new positioning that is reflected in our verbal and visual identity.
Brandup is a name that emphasizes our expertise in branding and our focus on building brands in the startup world, aligning with what matters most to them and to us—growth.
We created a name that is not only unique and easy to remember but also reflects our mission: to transform startups brands that grow. And that’s how Brandup came to life.
We aimed to develop a visual identity that truly embodies who we are: integrity and transparency at the heart our core values, focus and clarity guiding our strategic decision-making, Growth as a key driver to our mission.
Which inspired our visual identity, white and free space dominant, symbolizing clarity, and transparency.
Our visual identity features modern typography and a minimal color palette, designed to convey our brand’s essence effectively.
We developed a fully custom logotype and logomark that can be used in various applications.
Our logomark features the first letter of our brand name, shaped like a flag, symbolizing our focus on reaching new heights and being growth-focused.
We designed a set of icons that can be used across social media, article illustrations, and our website.
These icons serve to explain concepts and showcase ideas in a concrete and engaging way, all while supporting our focus on clarity.
Our social media presence is visually consistent with our brand identity. With the use of clean and modern elements, which aligns with our focus on clarity and transparency.
We wanted our website to reflect who we are and showcase that we help clients with their brands.
Our unique approach to branding is communicated through our copy, which demands an initial understanding of branding principles and serves to attract the right clients.
We also used animated icons to illustrate the meaning behind our approach.
All of this is achieved while keeping the website minimal, representing who we are, addressing our potential clients’ needs, and ensuring a good user experience.
